'An audience with Dr Hamid Mughal, Director of Global Manufacturing at Rolls-Royce'

Dr Hamid Mughal, Director of Global Manufacturing, Rolls-Royce will join us as keynote to discuss and share insights around tackling productivity challenges. He is an acclaimed manufacturing leader with over 30 years of experience in the automotive and aerospace industries. He was awarded an OBE in 2013 for services to technology, innovation, and manufacturing.

Some of Britain's most senior business leaders, including Dr Mughal formed the Productivity Leadership Group to explore what could be done to improve Productivity in the UK. This group has joined forces to make businesses more effective and competitive and recently launched Be the Business.

This is an opportunity for you to ask questions surrounding the productivity agenda and to find out more about Productivity through People - a programme designed to increase productivity through the empowerment of your workforce. Dr Mughal has personally supported the design of this programme.

This event will also include speakers from Be The Business, Lancaster University Management School and insight from a current delegate participating in the Productivity through People programme .
